3  Wherefore, verily I say unto you, let my servants Joseph Smith, Jun., and Sidney Rigdon take their journey as soon as preparations can be made to leave their homes, and journey to the land of ^aMissouri.

  8  Wherefore the decree hath gone forth from the Father that they shall be ^agathered in unto one place upon the face of this land, to prepare their hearts and be prepared in all things against the day when tribulation and desolation are sent forth upon the wicked.

  66  And it shall be called the New Jerusalem, a ^bland of peace, a city of refuge, a place of safety for the saints of the Most High God;

  2  Saying: I, the Lord, will make known unto you what I will that ye shall do from this time until the next conference, which shall be held in Missouri, upon the ^aland which I will consecrate unto my people, which are a remnant of Jacob, and those who are heirs according to the covenant.

  1  Hearken, O ye elders of my church, and give ear to my word, and learn of me what I will concerning you, and also concerning ^bthis land unto which I have sent you.

  24  And inasmuch as mine enemies come against you to drive you from my goodly ^aland, which I have consecrated to be the land of Zion, even from your own lands after these testimonies, which ye have brought before me against them, ye shall curse them;

  17  And, as I, the Lord, in the beginning cursed the land, even so in the last days have I ^bblessed it, in its time, for the use of my saints, that they may partake the fatness thereof.
