17  For verily I say unto you, That many ^aprophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

  10  Of which salvation the ^bprophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:

  23  For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles; and I will show unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I work not among the children of men save it be ^daccording to their faith.

  14  But obtained a ^apromise that they should find it and see it in their flesh.
