3  For verily I say, as ye have assembled yourselves together according to the ^acommandment wherewith I commanded you, and are agreed as touching this one thing, and have asked the Father in my name, even so ye shall receive.

  3  And again, a commandment I give unto the church, that it is expedient in me that they should assemble together at ^athe Ohio, against the time that my servant Oliver Cowdery shall return unto them.

  2  Again I say unto you, hearken and hear and obey the law which I shall give unto you.

  49  And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be ^bendued with power from on high.

  15  And inasmuch as my people shall assemble themselves at the Ohio, I have kept in store a ^ablessing such as is not known among the children of men, and it shall be poured forth upon their heads. And from thence men shall go forth into all nations.

  16  And ye are to be taught from on high. Sanctify yourselves and ye shall be ^cendowed with power, that ye may give even as I have spoken.

  8  Yea, verily I say unto you, I gave unto you a commandment that you should build a house, in the which house I design to ^bendow those whom I have chosen with power from on high;

  9  Yea the hearts of thousands and tens of thousands shall greatly rejoice in consequence of the blessings which shall be poured out, and the endowment with which my servants have been endowed in this house.

  11  And this cannot be brought to pass until mine elders are ^bendowed with power from on high.

  11  And in a manner that we may be found worthy, in thy sight, to secure a fulfilment of the ^apromises which thou hast made unto us, thy people, in the revelations given unto us;
