D&C 112:23  
 23 Verily, verily, I say unto you, adarkness covereth the earth, and gross darkness the minds of the people, and all flesh has become bcorrupt before my face.

  2  For, behold, the adarkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

  6  Therefore anight shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.

  11  For all flesh is corrupted before me; and the powers of bdarkness prevail upon the earth, among the children of men, in the presence of all the hosts of heaven—

  61  And the day shall come that the earth shall rest, but before that day the heavens shall be bdarkened, and a veil of darkness shall cover the earth; and the heavens shall shake, and also the earth; and great tribulations shall be among the children of men, but my people will I preserve;

  11  The earth also was acorrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

  1  The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are ecorrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

  21  And their hearts are acorrupt, and full of wickedness and abominations; and they love darkness rather than light, because their deeds are evil; therefore they will not ask of me.

  5  And God saw that the awickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

  8  Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of bcorrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

  9  And behold, that great city Jacobugath, which was inhabited by the people of king Jacob, have I caused to be burned with fire because of their sins and their awickedness, which was above all the wickedness of the whole earth, because of their secret murders and combinations; for it was they that did destroy the peace of my people and the government of the land; therefore I did cause them to be burned, to destroy them from before my face, that the blood of the prophets and the saints should not come up unto me any more against them.

  12  And there never had been so great awickedness among all the children of Lehi, nor even among all the house of Israel, according to the words of the Lord, as was among this people.

  36  Wherefore, I can stretch forth mine hands and hold all the creations which I have made; and mine eye can pierce them also, and among all the workmanship of mine hands there has not been so great bwickedness as among thy brethren.

  22  And God saw that the awickedness of men had become great in the earth; and every man was lifted up in the imagination of the thoughts of his heart, being only evil continually.

  28  The earth was bcorrupt before God, and it was filled with violence.
