9  And again, I have called my servant Edward Partridge; and I give a commandment, that he should be appointed by the voice of the church, and ordained a ^bbishop unto the church, to leave his merchandise and to spend all his time in the labors of the church;

  6  These things shall be had on record, to be handed over unto the bishop in Zion.

  13  And again, let the bishop appoint a ^astorehouse unto this church; and let all things both in money and in meat, which are more than is needful for the wants of this people, be kept in the hands of the bishop.

  7  Nevertheless, inasmuch as they receive more than is needful for their necessities and their wants, it shall be given into my ^bstorehouse;

  9  The word of the Lord, in addition to the law which has been given, making known the duty of the ^cbishop who has been ordained unto the church in this part of the vineyard, which is verily this—
