1  Verily, thus saith the Lord, I give unto the united order, organized agreeable to the commandment previously given, a revelation and commandment concerning my servant ^bFrederick G. Williams, that ye shall receive him into the order. What I say unto one I say unto all.

  22  And now I say unto you, ^atarry with him, and he shall journey with you; forsake him not, and surely these things shall be fulfilled.

  1  Verily, verily, I say unto you my servant Frederick G. Williams: Listen to the voice of him who speaketh, to the word of the Lord your God, and hearken to the calling wherewith you are called, even to be a high priest in my church, and a ^bcounselor unto my servant Joseph Smith, Jun.;

  24  And they form a quorum, ^aequal in authority and power to the three presidents previously mentioned.

  22  Of the Melchizedek Priesthood, three ^bPresiding High Priests, chosen by the body, appointed and ordained to that office, and upheld by the confidence, faith, and prayer of the church, form a quorum of the Presidency of the Church.
