34  And Abraham sojourned in the ^aPhilistines' land many days.

  12  And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (of whom came the ^aPhilistines,) and Caphthorim.

  6  Therefore, O Lord, thou hast forsaken thy people, the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and hearken unto soothsayers like the ^bPhilistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.

  12  The Syrians before and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
