17  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good ^bfruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

  20  Wherefore, by their ^afruits ye shall know them.

  16  For behold, the Spirit of Christ is given to every man, that he may ^cknow good from evil; wherefore, I show unto you the way to judge; for every thing which inviteth to do good, and to persuade to believe in Christ, is sent forth by the power and gift of Christ; wherefore ye may know with a perfect knowledge it is of God.

  17  And it came to pass that the Lord of the vineyard looked and beheld the tree in the which the wild olive branches had been grafted; and it had sprung forth and begun to bear ^afruit. And he beheld that it was good; and the fruit thereof was like unto the natural fruit.
