2 Nephi 33:3  
 3 But I, Nephi, have written what I have written, and I esteem it as of great aworth, and especially unto my people. For I bpray continually for them by day, and mine ceyes water my pillow by night, because of them; and I cry unto my God in faith, and I know that he will hear my cry.

  7  Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall apray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.

  7  Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against the Lord, and against thee; pray unto the Lord, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses bprayed for the people.

  5  And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I will bpray for you unto the Lord.

  4  Then Jeremiah the prophet said unto them, I have heard you; behold, I will apray unto the Lord your God according to your words; and it shall come to pass, that whatsoever thing the Lord shall answer you, I will declare it unto you; I will keep nothing back from you.

  9  Now, it came to pass that when I had heard these words I began to feel a desire for the welfare of my brethren, the Nephites; wherefore, I did cpour out my whole soul unto God for them.

  8  And my aprayer to God is concerning my brethren, that they may once again come to the knowledge of God, yea, the redemption of Christ; that they may once again be a delightsome people.

  22  But behold, my son, I recommend thee unto God, and I trust in Christ that thou wilt be saved; and I pray unto God that he will spare thy life, to witness the return of his people unto him, or their utter destruction; for I know that they must perish except they repent and return unto him.

  17  But if ye will not hear it, my soul shall weep in secret places for your pride; and mine eye shall weep sore, and run down with tears, because the Lord's flock is carried away captive.

  6  I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my atears.

  19  Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many ctears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:

  11  And after I, Enos, had heard these words, my faith began to be unshaken in the Lord; and I cprayed unto him with many long strugglings for my brethren, the Lamanites.

  6  Behold, my sons, I desire that ye should remember to keep the commandments of God; and I would that ye should declare unto the people these words. Behold, I have given unto you the names of our first parents who came out of the land of Jerusalem; and this I have done that when you remember your names ye may remember them; and when ye remember them ye may remember their works; and when ye remember their works ye may know how that it is said, and also written, that they were bgood.
