42  And it came to pass, as I journeyed from the land of Cainan, by the sea east, I beheld a vision; and lo, the heavens I saw, and the Lord spake with me, and gave me commandment; wherefore, for this cause, to keep the commandment, I speak forth these words.

  1  How hath the Lord covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud in his anger, and cast down from heaven unto the earth the beauty of Israel, and remembered not his ^afootstool in the day of his anger!

  39  He ruleth high in the heavens, for it is his throne, and this earth is his ^afootstool.

  17  And I have made the earth rich, and behold it is my ^afootstool, wherefore, again I will stand upon it.

  9  In the image of his own body, male and female, created he them, and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created and became living souls in the land upon the ^ffootstool of God.

  44  The heavens he made; the earth is his ^bfootstool; and the foundation thereof is his. Behold, he laid it, an host of men hath he brought in upon the face thereof.

  11  And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a ^achariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.

  15  For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his ^bchariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

  5  Thy mercy, O Lord, is in the ^bheavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
