12  And when thou deliveredst up that which God had given thee sight and power to ^atranslate, thou deliveredst up that which was sacred into the hands of a wicked man,

  11  Ask that you may know the mysteries of God, and that you may ^atranslate and receive knowledge from all those ancient records which have been hid up, that are sacred; and according to your faith shall it be done unto you.

  12  For, do you not behold that I have ^agiven unto my servant Joseph sufficient strength, whereby it is made up? And neither of you have I condemned.

  1  Behold, I say unto you that it is not expedient in me that ye should ^atranslate any more until ye shall go to the Ohio, and this because of the enemy and for your sakes.
