28  When the ^awicked rise, men hide themselves: but when they perish, the righteous increase.

  2  When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people ^fmourn.

  3  The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ^bruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.

  22  Is it lawful for us to give ^atribute unto Caesar, or no?

  12  Now it is better that a man should be ^ajudged of God than of man, for the judgments of God are always just, but the judgments of man are not always just.

  21  Let no man break the ^alaws of the land, for he that keepeth the laws of God hath no need to break the laws of the land.
