23  And Gideon said unto them, I will not rule over you, neither shall my son rule over you: the Lord shall brule over you.

6  Behold, they do not desire that the Lord their God, who hath created them, should brule and reign over them; notwithstanding his great goodness and his mercy towards them, they do set at naught his counsels, and they will not that he should be their guide.

8  But if thou wilt go, do it, be strong for the battle: God shall make thee fall before the enemy: for God hath apower to help, and to cast down.

3  Thou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the Lord, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

16  And the Lord their God shall save them in that day as the flock of his people: for they shall be as the cstones of a crown, lifted up as an ensign upon his land.

17  And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my bjewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

3  Yet I will own them, and they shall be amine in that day when I shall come to make up my jewels.
