18  They that remain, and are pure in heart, shall return, and come to their inheritances, they and their children, with songs of everlasting joy, to ^cbuild up the waste places of Zion—

  47  We ask thee, Holy Father, to remember those who have been driven by the inhabitants of Jackson county, Missouri, from the lands of their inheritance, and break off, O Lord, this yoke of affliction that has been put upon them.

  14  And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall ^cbuild the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.

  3  Which city shall be ^abuilt, beginning at the temple lot, which is appointed by the finger of the Lord, in the western boundaries of the State of Missouri, and dedicated by the hand of Joseph Smith, Jun., and others with whom the Lord was well pleased.
