14  But if ye will not ^ahearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

  18  And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the Lord will not ^chear you in that day.

  15  And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many ^aprayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

  2  But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not ^dhear.

  27  Saying to a stock, Thou art my father; and to a stone, Thou hast brought me forth: for they have turned their back unto me, and not their face: but in the ^ctime of their trouble they will say, Arise, and save us.

  11  Therefore thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall ^bcry unto me, I will not hearken unto them.

  3  Son of man, speak unto the elders of Israel, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God; Are ye come to inquire of me? As I live, saith the Lord God, I will not be ^ainquired of by you.

  24  Yea, and it shall come to pass that when they shall cry unto me I will be slow to hear their cries; yea, and I will suffer them that they be smitten by their enemies.

  15  And now the Lord was slow to hear their cry because of their iniquities; nevertheless the Lord did hear their cries, and began to soften the hearts of the Lamanites that they began to ease their burdens; yet the Lord did not see fit to deliver them out of bondage.

  38  Behold, I say unto you, that the good shepherd doth call you; yea, and in his own name he doth call you, which is the name of Christ; and if ye will not ^bhearken unto the voice of the good shepherd, to the name by which ye are called, behold, ye are not the sheep of the good shepherd.

  6  And when Saul inquired of the Lord, the Lord ^aanswered him not, neither by dreams, nor by Urim, nor by prophets.

  1  Why standest thou afar off, O Lord? why ^bhidest thou thyself in times of trouble?

  41  They ^acried, but there was none to save them: even unto the Lord, but he answered them not.

  28  Then shall they call upon me, but I will not ^banswer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:

  29  The Lord is far from the ^bwicked: but he heareth the prayer of the righteous.

  12  And it shall come to pass, when it is seen that Moab is weary on the high place, that he shall come to his sanctuary to ^apray; but he shall not prevail.

  12  When they fast, I will not ^ahear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and an oblation, I will not accept them: but I will consume them by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence.

  2  She weepeth sore in the night, and her tears are on her cheeks: among all her lovers she hath none to ^ccomfort her: all her friends have dealt treacherously with her, they are become her enemies.

  6  They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the Lord; but they shall not find him; he hath ^awithdrawn himself from them.
