31  Behold, the righteous shall be ^arecompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

  6  Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will ^arecompense, even recompense into their bosom,

  4  And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will ^brecompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.

  1  And it came to pass that after the space of two years that Abinadi came among them in disguise, that they knew him not, and began to prophesy among them, saying: Thus has the Lord commanded me, saying—Abinadi, go and prophesy unto this my people, for they have hardened their hearts against my words; they have repented not of their evil doings; therefore, I will visit them in my anger, yea, in my fierce anger will I visit them in their iniquities and abominations.

  19  For behold, the Lord shall come, and his ^arecompense shall be with him, and he shall reward every man, and the poor shall rejoice;

  11  For the ^awork of a man shall he render unto him, and cause every man to find according to his ways.

  12  If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his ^bworks?

  18  According to their ^adeeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.

  28  Therefore, prepare ye the way of the Lord, for the time is at hand that all men shall reap a reward of their ^bworks, according to that which they have been—if they have been righteous they shall reap the salvation of their souls, according to the power and deliverance of Jesus Christ; and if they have been evil they shall reap the damnation of their souls, according to the power and captivation of the devil.

  15  Oh, thought I, that I could be banished and become extinct both soul and body, that I might not be brought to stand in the presence of my God, to be judged of my ^bdeeds.

  3  And it is requisite with the justice of God that men should be judged according to their ^cworks; and if their works were good in this life, and the desires of their hearts were good, that they should also, at the last day, be restored unto that which is good.

  27  Therefore, O my son, whosoever will come may come and partake of the waters of life freely; and whosoever will not come the same is not compelled to come; but in the last day it shall be restored unto him according to his ^cdeeds.

  33  Fear not to do good, my sons, for whatsoever ye ^csow, that shall ye also reap; therefore, if ye sow good ye shall also reap good for your reward.

  2  For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what ^bmeasure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

  38  Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same ^bmeasure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
